How do you know when your web site is up?
Pageworks provide a server monitor and functional testing service. In addition to standard TCP and Ping network connectivity tests, we can connect to many common server types as a client and verify that they respond correctly.
If your server fails, we can respond at escalating levels based on how long it remains down. Beginning by sending you and your ISP an email, then a page to your numeric pager or SMS message to your cellphone.
We keep you informed about the condition of your servers and services, which means you can stay on top of the situation and resolve any issues before your Users or Clients start calling to see what the problem is.
