Rees Page had a requirement for a site to build Home Information Packs (HIPs) dynamically. The resulting site allows for the set-up of a property for sale and the subsequent upload of the numerous documents that make up the Home Information Packs for the particular type of property.

Once the minimum legally required documents have been uploaded the system will flag the property as marketable and the generate the Home Information Pack by programmatically building a single PDF from the uploaded files adding a cover page, contents and section dividers.
