This site has been developed over a number of years and provides a valuable and well used resource for NIG Brokers. Amongst others, the site includes a database of all current NIG Brokers which validates users from those companies allowing only them to apply for automatic access to the site. This is granted via a secure log-in procedure by an approved broker administrator or by NIG administration staff. User access to the various broker admin functions such as commercial quotes, personal quotes, broker community and a large repository of documents in PDF form is controlled by a system of user groups which automatically default to a set of privilages for that particular user type.
Because of the database functionality of the site a variety of management reports detailing user behaviour eg: log-ins, downloads, page views, can be viewed online by NIG admin staff giving them invaluable information for forward planning.
NIG have worked with Pageworks on our public and secure sites for a number of years and we have always found them to provide a professional and reasonably priced solution to all our requirements. I cannot recommend Pageworks highly enough as they provide a ‘no nonsense’ service that cuts out the usual jargon associated with Internet/e-commerce projects and allows us to concentrate on delivering the final product to the business and our consumers.
