The new 2008 Compton Hospice site was a major site overhaul, and takes their online strategy well into the future.
Compton wanted to have more control over the management of their sites content, so CMS was a must, and we agreed the the site could work harder for them 24 hours a day, outside the normal hospice opening times. To this end we incorporated many dynamic functions, which include:
- the ability for users to make online donations, easily choosing specific appeals and paying by cheque, online or by standing order;
- a fundraising events calender, with full subscription features;
- eCommerce section;
- online auction;
- channeling of money donated, or paid for goods, to the correct Merchant account;
- comprehensive site reporting;
- user driven CMS;
- integration with third party email app and campaign email management.
